Branch Coordinator: Office of the REM (Level 9)
Salary: R 487 197.00- R573 8297.00 p. a exclusive of benefits
Location: Northern Cape Regional Office: Kimberley (Ref No SAS NC 26/05/01)
Minimum Requirements: A qualification in the field of Office Management/Public Administration/ Business Administration at NQF level 6/7 as recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA), 3 – 5 years administrative experience of which 2 years should be at a level of Senior Admin Officer. Computer literacy is essential.
Added advantage: Valid driver’s license will be added advantage
Duties: Provide secretarial support services to the Regional Executive Manager (REM), Provide Administrative & Office Management Services, Manage Document & Information in the office of the REM, Provide Financial and Procurement Management Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3), Render Human Resource Administration, Manage strategic and operational planning processes within the Executive Office.
Preference for the above position will be given to People with Disability / African Male followed by African Female followed by Coloured Male followed by Coloured Fe-male respectively as at the time of appointment.
GRANTS ADMINISTRATOR: GRANTS ADMINISTRATION X2 - SALARY LEVEL 05
Salary: R 237 453– R279 708 p.a. exclusive of benefits

Location: ZF Mgcawu District – Danielskuil Local Office (Ref No.: SAS NC26/05/03)
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA in Public Administration / Public Management / Business Administration / Economics / Development Studies / Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Social Sciences / Social Security / Law / Information Technology. Computer literacy is essential.
Duties: The incumbent will assist in administration of Social Grants at Local Office level; Effectively screen and capture all grant applications; Provide off-site grants application processes; Administer medical bookings and assessments; Scanning and batching of files; Process other grant documentation / perform other grants administration functions; Conduct quality control on grant applications and Ensure adherence to Section 57 of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3).
Preference for the above positions will be given to:
Paballelo Local Office - PWD/Coloured Male followed by White Male followed by African Male /Indian Male/or Indian Female/or White Female respectively as at the time of appointment. Danielskuil Local Office - PWD/Coloured Male followed by White Male followed by African Male /Indian Male/or Indian Female/or White Female respectively as at the time of appointment.
