​MANAGER: HUMAN CAPITAL MANAGEMENT (HCM) INFORMATION 

Salary: R896 436 – R1 055 958 p.a. inclusive of benefits 
Location: Head Office Pretoria (Ref No. SAS HO09/11/25-01) 
Nature of Position: Permanent 
 
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6/7) as recognized by SAQA in Information Systems / Data Analysts / Operations Management and Human Resource Management; Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license are essential and should be indicated on the CV. 
 
Experience: 3 years’ experience in Human Resource Information Management at an Assistant Management level or equivalent. 
 
Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the South African Social Security Act; Knowledge of the Public Service Act and Regulations; Knowledge of ORACLE System; Knowledge and understanding of MS Excel; Knowledge of compensation analysis; Knowledge of relevant HR Policies; Knowledge and understanding of PFMA requirements for personnel expenditure reporting; Knowledge of Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), PAIA, PAJA; Knowledge of SASSA Act and Social Assistance Act. 
 
Key Performance Areas: The incumbent will generate HCM Information for planning and reporting purposes; Manage and monitor data for reporting and do quality assurance; Manage HCM Processes and System Improvements; Manage the maintenance and Implementation of Post Establishment and Structure Changes; Management of HCM Registry, information services, Resources and Ensure adherence to Section 57 (Responsibilities of other Officials) of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3).

SPECIALIST: ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT 
Salary: R468 459.00 – R551 823 p.a. exclusive of benefits 
Location: Head Office Pretoria (Ref No. SAS HO09/11/25-02) 
Nature of Position: Permanent 
 
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6/7) as recognized by SAQA in Industrial Psychology / Organizational Development / Operations Management and Management Services; Successful completion of a job evaluation certificate: Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license are essential and should be indicated on the CV. 
 
Experience: 3 years’ experience in the Organizational Design and Work study field. 
 
Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge and understanding of the Compensate-Evaluate Job Evaluation System; Knowledge of job evaluation analysis and design; Knowledge and understanding of work study techniques, procedures and methods; Knowledge of Public Service Act and Regulations; Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA) and Treasury Regulations; Knowledge of Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), PAIA, PAJA; Knowledge of SASSA Act and Social Assistance Act. 
 
Key Performance Areas: The incumbent will render an advisory and liaison service on organisational development matters; Facilitate and advise on job descriptions as well as conduct job evaluations in the Agency; Coordinate the development and collation of information to finalize the Human Resource Plan (HRP); Supervision of staff in the sub-unit and Ensure adherence to Section 57 (Responsibilities of other Officials) of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3).

SPECIALIST: CORPORATE WELLBEING 
Salary: R468 459.00 – R551 823 p.a. exclusive of benefits 
Location: Head Office Pretoria (Ref No. SAS HO09/11/25-03) 
Nature of Position: Permanent 
 
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 7) as recognized by SAQA in Social Work or related field; Registered with a Professional Body; Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license are essential and should be indicated on the CV. 
 
Experience: 3 years’ experience in Employee Wellness Services. 
 
Added Advantage: Postgraduate in Clinical Psychology will be an added advantage. 
 
Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of the Public Service Act and Regulations; Knowledge of relevant HR Policies; Knowledge of Employee Health and Wellness Strategic Framework for Public Service (e.g. EHW, HIV/TB/STI) and Treasury Regulations; Knowledge of Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), PAIA, PAJA; Knowledge of SASSA Act and Social Assistance Act. 
 
Key Performance Areas: The incumbent will Provide psychosocial support to employees and their immediate families; Market and Promote Wellbeing Services; Develop, analyse and review health and wellbeing policies; Manage and monitor the Employee Wellness (EW) Programmes; Establish and Maintain Wellbeing support Structures and Ensure adherence to Section 57 (Responsibilities of other Officials) of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3). 
 
Preference will be given to Coloured Male or Indian Male or White Male/ Female or (Person with Disability: Coloured Male or Indian Male or White Male/Female)
