HEAD OFFICE 

GRANT REVIEW: CONTRACT WORKER (X2) 

Salary: R 170 226 p.a. plus 37% in lieu of benefits 

Location: Head Office– (Ref No: SAS HO29/05/26-20) 

Nature of Position: Contract valid till 31 March 2027 

 

Minimum Qualification: A recognized NQF Level 6 qualification, as accredited by SAQA, in Financial Management or Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related field. 

 

Knowledge and Skills: Basic literacy and numeracy skills; Foundational computer literacy and with specific proficiency in Microsoft Excel. 

 

Duties: The incumbents will be responsible for supporting operational review and verification activities through structured data, handling, analysis, and administrative support. Conduct comparative analysis of multiple datasets and spreadsheets to identify inconsistencies, anomalies, and variances. Reconcile data extracted from different sources to support operational verification processes. Data Sampling and System Testing; Perform data sampling and testing against the core systems) to validate accuracy and completeness of records. Support verification exercises by cross-checking sampled data against system outputs. Assist with the preparation and digital dispatch of notifications to clients in line with approved communicate on processes. Ensure notifications are sent accurately and timeously, based on validated data. Analyse trends and volumes of scanned documents using available data sources.
