GRANTS ADMINISTRATOR: (LEVEL 05) X 8 

Salary: R 237 453 – R 279 708 pa exclusive of benefits.

Minimum Requirements:. Candidates should hold a qualification in the relevant field at NQF level 6 as recognised by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in the following disciplines : Public Administration / Public Management / Business Administration. / Economics / Development Studies / Finance / Accounting / Commerce / Social Sciences / Social Security and Computer literacy is essential. 

Added advantage: A valid driver’s licence and Clerical/ Administrative experience 

 

Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of Public Finance and Management Act ( PFMA), Treasury Regulations on public entities, Procurement Regulations and other relevant regulations. ERP Knowledge on Oracle or SAP or AccPac or any accrual accounting compliant systems. 

Duties: The incumbent will provide a grant customer care service; Screen and capture grant applications including beneficiary maintenance functions effectively; Administer medical bookings and assessments; Provide off-site grant application services to clients; Scanning and batching of grants files.
