GRANT ADMINISTRATORS: (SALARY LEVEL 5) X5
Salary: R 228 321 – R268 960 pa exclusive of benefits.
Location: Gqeberha x3 (Ref No: SAS 27/2025); Lusikisiki(Bizana) (Ref No: SAS 28/2025); Mthatha (Ref No: SAS 29/2025)
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should hold undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognised by SAQA in Public Administration/Business Administration/Economics/Development Studies/Finance/Accounting/Commerce/Social Sciences/Social Security.
Duties: The incumbent will provide grant customer care service; Screen and capture grant applications including beneficiary maintenance functions effectively; Administer medical bookings and assessments; Provide off -site grant application services to clients; Scanning and batching of grants files.
Preference will be given to YOUTH for the following EE Targets respectively as at the time of appointment:
Gqeberha: African Male/PWD; Coloured Male; White Male
Lusikisiki: African Male/PWD; African Female; Coloured Male
Mthatha: African Male/PWD; African Female; Coloured Male

PRACTITIONER: FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND AUXILLIARY SUPPORT (OHS) (LEVEL 08) X 1
Salary: R 397 116 – R 467 790 pa exclusive of benefits.
Location: Regional Office (Ref No: SAS FS 0097/25)
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a relevant undergraduate qualification with a minimum of 360 credits ( NQF Level 6) a s recognised by SAQA coupled with 2-3 years appropriate experience in Facilities Management and Auxiliary Support ( OHS), Knowledge of the PFMA, Knowledge of OHS Legislation, Knowledge of the Archives Act and Records Management, Computer Literacy and a valid driver’s licence are essential.
Duties: The incumbent will ensure implementation and compliance with OHS Act, policies and procedures, Inspection of all offices in the Region, Conduct risk assessments and compile reports, Evaluate and improve OHS system ( building, electrical and others), Manage SLA, Confirmation of funds for contractual payments, Evaluating working environment, developing and encouraging measures that might prevent injuries, Providing OHS information to employers, employees and the public, Systematic evaluation of the working environment, Giving information on Occupational Hygiene and also environmental and safety risks in the workplace, Holding checks and having control methods for possible hazardous exposure, Planning safe work practices for systems, facilities and equipment.

PRACTITIONER: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (LEVEL 08) X 1

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a Senior Certificate (NQF Level 4) and Relevant Degree or National Diploma (3) Year Tertiary Qualification, 2-3 years’ experience in the relevant field (SCM). Computer literacy and a Valid driver’s licence are essential.
Duties: The incumbent will assist with the identification and planning of goods and services required ( demand management), Administer the acquisition of goods and services required by the Region, Provide secretariat services for supply chain related committees, Assist with the management of assets in the Region in terms of supply chain management policies and procedures, Advise/assist /support District Offices, Local Offices in terms of supply chain management policies and procedures and Manage subordinates in the section.
