6X GRANTS ADMINISTRATORS: (SALARY LEVEL 05)
Salary: R228 321 – R268 950 p.a. Exclusive of benefits

Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA in the relevant field. Computer literacy is essential.
Added advantage: A valid driver’s license and / or administrative / clerical experience.
Duties: The incumbent will assist by providing grants customer care services; Screen and capture grants applications including beneficiary maintenance functions effectively; Administer medical bookings and assessments; Provide off-site grant application services to clients; Scanning and batching of grants files.
Preference will be Given to:
1 x Mkhondo Local Office: African Male followed by People with Disabilities and Coloured Male/ Indian Male / White Male respectively as at the time of appointment.
1 x Govan Mbeki Local Office: African Male followed by People with Disabilities and Coloured Male/ Indian Male / White Male respectively as at the time of appointment.
2 x Mbombela Local Office: African Male followed by People with Disabilities and Coloured Male/ Indian Male / White Male respectively as at the time of appointment.
2 x Bushbuckridge Local Office: African Male followed by People with Disabilities and Coloured Male/ Indians / Whites respectively as at the time of appointment.

SENIOR GRANTS ADMINISTRATOR: (LEVEL 07)
Salary: R 325 101 – R 382 959 pa Exclusive of benefits.
Location: Nkangala District: Steve Tshwete (Ref No: SAS/MPU/26/06)
Minimum Requirements: Candidates should have a Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA in the relevant field coupled with 3 years’ experience in Social Security. Computer literacy and a valid driver’s license are essential.
Duties: The incumbent will conduct quality assurance and completeness of supporting documents to applications; Verify applications , means test requirements and related declarations; Approve or reject applications for various grants types; Provide other grants value chain processes in relation to Benefiaciary Maintanance, Medical bookings of assessments, Customer care services as well as off-site services; Oversee and supervise the quality of the administration of social grants processes and advise on policies and processes within the grants application value chain, manage staff performance and resources.
