SENIOR GRANTS ADMINISTRATOR: (LEVEL 07) X 1 
Salary: R 269, 214 – R 317, 127 pa exclusive of benefits. 
Location: Smithfield Local Office (Ref No: SAS FS 1788/23) 
 
Minimum Requirements Candidates should have a Senior Certificate plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) as recognized by SAQA in the relevant field coupled with 3 years’ experience in Grants Administration; Computer literacy is essential and a valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage. 
 
Duties: The incumbent will conduct verification of grant applications (approval), Oversee the quality of the administration of social grants by Grant Administrators and advise Grant Administrators on policies and process within grants value chain and supervise staff at Local Office level, Check the completeness of documents and supporting documents; Verify applications and means test; Approve or reject applications; Process other grant documentation; Perform other grants value chain functions; Oversee the quality of the administration of social grants and advise on policies and processes within the grants value chain; Manage staff performance and resources; Ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PMFA, Chapter 6, Part 3).

PRACTITIONER: SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT (LEVEL 08) X 1 
Salary: R 331 188.00 – R 390 129.00 pa exclusive of benefits. 
Location: Lejweleputswa District Office (Ref No: SAS FS 0668/23) 
 
Minimum Requirements Candidates should have a Relevant Degree or National Diploma (NQF 6 / 7) in the relevant field as recognised by SAQA coupled with 3-5 years’ experience in the relevant field. Knowledge, experience interpretation and application of accrual accounting GRAP standards will be an added advantage; Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act (PFMA); Treasury Regulations on public entity and other relevant regulations; ERP knowledge on ORACLE or Acc Pacc or accrual accounting compliant systems and a valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage. 
 
Duties: To assist with the provisioning of supply chain management functions; Assist with the implementation of demand plan for financial year; Maintain the supplier Database; Provide secretariat services for supply chain related committees; Assist with the management of assets in the District in terms of Supply Chain Management policies and procedures; Support District office, Local offices in terms of Supply Chain Management policies and procedures; Manage subordinates in the section.

Duties: The incumbent will assist in the administration of Social Grants at Local Office Level; Effectively screen all grant applications; Capture applications on the system; Provide customer care; Process other grant documentation / perform other grants administration functions; Conduct quality control on grant applications and ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, Chapter 6, Part 3).

Location: Finance Regional Office (Ref No: SAS FS0138) 
 
Requirements: Candidates should hold a Senior Certificate / NQF 4 with 0-1 year experience, Computer literacy is essential and a valid driver’s licence is an added advantage. 
 
Duties: The incumbent will be responsible to render a financial/budget support and record management service; collate budget need inputs of the region (Budget holders); upload and posting of approved budgets and allocations on the system; capture, allocate virements on budget; distribute documents with regard to the budget; provide an administrative support and record management service; maintenance and update of budget files; maintain a record of incoming / outgoing of documentation and files; assist with the provision and distribution of expenditure reports; assist with the arrangements and logistics of meetings; ensure adherence to Section 57 of the Public Finance Management Act (PFMA, chapter 6, part 3).
