About the Position

Job Purpose
To identify, develop and implement effective technology solutions that address business needs, by performing business analysis tasks through specialization in understanding the business usage of information technology (IT) and helping technology add value to the business whilst understanding the technical architectures and platforms, as well as the IT capabilities and which applications in an organization deliver various capabilities, in order to continuously enhance service delivery.

Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
Relevant National Diploma / Advanced Certificate (NQF 6) AND 3-4 years' experience in a Systems Analysis and Software Testing environment, of which 1-2 years ideally at knowledge worker level.

About the Position
SARS Taxpayer Engagement Operations is seeking a Senior Officer: Risk Profiling. An exciting opportunity is available for a proactive, forward thinking, self-motivated, dynamic Risk Profiler, of unquestionable integrity, to work within the Risk Profiling and Case Selection unit.
The successful applicant will be responsible for executing assigned tasks, mainly complex and under limited supervision, during the risk identification and profiling phase of the and detailed Risk Profiling process.
Job Purpose
To assist and coordinate risk mitigation activities in order to achieve business objectives. To conduct and analyse the tax compliance behaviour, across multiple tax types, with the view to informing the recommendation for In-depth integrated cases, of high complexity,for Enforcement interventions, during the detailed Risk Profiling stage of the Case Selection process.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
Bachelor's Degree / Advanced Diploma (NQF 7) in Taxation/Finance/Accounting/Auditing and, or a related qualification AND 5 -7 years’ experience in a Tax & Auditing environment, of which 2 - 3 years at a knowledge worker level.

The Senior Specialist: Engineering (Innovation) job is at a senior level in the organisation and will require individuals to work on strategic enterprise solutions and modernisation initiatives. These individuals will be required to analyse complex business problems, conceptualise or design innovative ‘game changer ’solutions for these problems, develop solution or modernisation roadmaps, work with a diverse range of stakeholders and partners to prototype and conceptualise these strategic solutions.

The applicant will participate in the software development process and will be responsible for the test analysis. This well-seasoned, proactive and energetic applicant will be required to take the initiative to ensure that the software meets high standards of quality.
Job Purpose
The primary purpose of the Senior Test Analyst is to analyse project specification documentation and to utilize the results thereof to create a set of testing capital to be used for the testing of a software system and its related processes. In addition, project team resource management and coordination activities in delivering testing outcomes form part of this job in accordance with the SARS standards.
Education and Experience
Minimum Qualification & Experience Required
