Job Title: Service Delivery Specialist (C5)
(Position based in Head Office: Pretoria)
Reports to: Head: Business Services Management
Summation
The person in this position will give support to the Change and Release manager as well as the IT Service Delivery Manager. He/she will be working on incidents, requests, changes and problems.
Key Responsibilities
To do administrative tasks on Change and release management as well as support the IT Service Delivery Manager
Change Management
• Plan and attend weekly CAB/change Meetings
• Analyse change forms and prepare agenda for CAB
• Prepare minutes of CAB Meetings
• Keep track of all change documents
• Follow up on changes
• Communicate all changes to affected staff
Release Management
• Plan and attend weekly release meetings
• Follow up on everything under testing
• Ensure the process is followed
• Follow up on tasks
IT Service Delivery
• Engage with service providers in case of reported incidents
• Follow up on incidents escalated internally
• Ensure that service providers adhere to the signed contracts
• Ensure SLAs are met

Minimum Requirements
• Qualifications:
ITIL V3 Foundation
Information Technology qualification
• Experience:
2 years’ experience in service management/ related field
