Liaison and planning with investigative officers and other role-players for execution of operations and possible arrests of identification targets;

Conduct, analyse and supervise junior members during the performance of detailed forensic accounting investigations on complex priority crimes referred by operational units of the DPCI and other cases as directed by the Component Head: Forensic Accounting Investigation;
Supervise and ensure the multidisciplinary approach to the investigation and the referral of cases with asset forfeiture potential and money laundering potential to Priority Crime Specialise Investigation for the necessary support investigation;
Supervise and ensure the registration of all investigation cases referred for forensic accounting investigation;
Peruse, study the case docket and conduct preliminary investigation/assessment;
Draft a comprehensive investigation plan for the assigned case docket;
submit cases to the specialised commercial crime unit court for the allocation of a prosecutor;
Identify, trace, interview and obtain statements from witnesses;
