REQUIRMENTS
  • Grade 1 2or equivalent,
  • A Certificate/ Diploma in Supply Chain Management or equivalent,
  • 2-3year'sexperience in Procurement/ Supply Chain Management,
  • Driver's license.
 
COMPETENCIES
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain Management
  • Basic knowledge of budgetary control
  • Knowledge of purchasing package
  • Knowledge of stores control
  • Data capturing and processing skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
 
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Procurement and general administrative support
  • Provisioning of office consumables/inventory administration
  • Facilities maintenance and repair administration
  • Facilitate supply chain management meetings
  • Fixed assets maintenance
  • Reports to the Manager: Supply Chain Management on all matters regarding KPA's
