Job Profile:
To provide support to stores in methods and techniques. Ensuring compliance with the various quality and safety standards.
Key Performance Areas
• Daily running of the store (Incoming and outgoing materials and products).
• Receiving F2 cylinders from Production Department daily.
• Issuing cylinders in required batches to Production department for filling.
• Dispatching of F2 cylinders to the local customers per order using bar cording system.
• Prepare final products for dispatch as per order using bar coding system.
• Labelling of shipping containers & cylinders for export and local deliveries on a regular basis.
• Dispatch of containers to international customers.
• Forklift inspections and general housekeeping.
• Registration of cylinders daily.
• Loading & offloading of containers as per delivery or collection.
• Compliance with SHEQ requirements.

• Knowledge of running a store with raw materials and final products.
• Knowledge on handling hazardous goods Administrative skills.
• Knowledge of packaging materials.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
• Grade 12 certificate.
• Experience in the supply chain and final product.
• Must have a valid forklift licence.
