Job Profile:
To provide assistance in the Human Capital department at Pelchem and more specifically support Pelchem operations with regards to routine HR matters.  
 
Key Performance Areas 
Administrative support in the following HR functions:
 Recruitment and Selection;
 Training and Development;
 Industrial Relations;
 Performance Management; and
 Talent Management.
• Knowledge of HRMS to provide accurate data to meet the needs of the business.
• Filing and Records Management.
• Minutes Taking.
• Manage office equipment and supplies to ensure that the department is fully functional. 
• Carry out any administration related tasks as required by Pelchem management.
