Requirements:
- Diploma in Construction Management(Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or Project Management.
- 5 years relevant experience in construction and project management.
- Track record of project management experience, including administration.
- Knowledge and understanding of the relevant acts, i.e., PFMA, OHS, Construction and Environmental Management Regulations, etc.
- Experience in EPWP and labour-intensive construction work will be an advantage.
- A valid Code EB driver's license and Microsoft Office software competency.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities to ensure implementation of infrastructure and Expanded Public Works Programme projects in Tsitsikamma National Park.
- Quality control of construction works.
- Supervise project staff, contractors, SME's and labor employed on the project
- Monitor and report on the progress and status of the project.
- Liaise with all relevant role-players and stakeholders.
- Health & safety management of SME's and works.
- Project administration to include progress payment reports, attendance registers, and payments.
- Support and assistance of small emerging contractors.
- Identifying and scoping new works inside the Park.
- Assists the Parks Technical Services team.

Requirements:
- Legal Degree (BJuris, BProc, LLB).
- Admitted Attorney.
- 5 years of experience in the legal field.
- Computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
- Knowledge and experience in commercial law, contract law and administrative law.
- Knowledge and understanding of PFMA, PPPFA and interpretation of statutes.
- Experience in and understanding of organisational policies, procedures and business objectives and strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research; provide legal opinions and provide commercial and contract guidance to the organisation in respect of supply chain management (SCM) contracts.
- Draft, review and negotiate SCM contracts.
- Monitor and track all SCM contracts attended to by the commercial and contracts unit.
- Update and maintain database pertaining to SCM contracts.
- Provide legal guidance and support to SCM unit, BSC, BEC and BAC.
- Conduct SCM contract audits and provide reports and/or remedial action thereof.
- Ensure compliance with SCM delegation of authority, SCM Policy and all relevant policies.
- Attend to routine SCM-related enquiries.
- Provide administrative support to the commercial and contracts unit.
- Assist with the preparation of Board and EXCO reports for the commercial and contracts unit.
