Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of advocacy and stakeholder engagement solutions for Vision 2040 implementation.
- Identify, analyse, and prioritize key stakeholders including community, government, NGOs, and private sector.
- Develop and maintain a stakeholder database to track engagement activities.
- Work with SANParks teams across the organisation to provide guidance and support as well as ensure collaboration
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including communities, government, civil society, and private sector
- Provide support and advice on stakeholder engagement, advocacy, and communication
- Disseminate target communication materials, including newsletters, reports, and presentations to promote Vision 2040Ensure appropriate ongoing engagements are maintained and led at the appropriate levels at all time

Responsibilities
- Lead overall project planning and management of Vision 2040.
- Provide technical and administrative support to the Project Lead in realigning the organisation’s operating model and the business models of various business units to reflect the strategic intent of Vision 2040.
- Support the translation of the High-Level Strategy into an implementation plan.
- Ensure integration across the milestones and alignment of project implementation activities with Vision 2040 and SANParks strategic objectives.
- Manage the scheduling of meetings, workshops, and events relating to the implementation of Vision 2040.
- Provide secretariat services for all meetings relating to the Vision 2040 Project.

- Provide Specialist advice and guidance on the integration of Vision 2040 goals into policies, strategies, and programmes to enhance social cohesion in mega-living landscapes.
- Integration, mainstreaming, and embedding of transformation across the organisation.
- Identify research gaps, advise on key research undertake research analysis on social cohesion, and ensure integration of Indigenous knowledge systems.

- To ensure the cleanliness of the linen room at all times.
- To ensure that the soiled linen is counted correctly, send out for washing and receive good order from the laundry.

- To drive camp vehicle and daily completion of the trip sheet
- To transport Equipment, Goods, and passengers as well as transporting staff outside the park to medical facilities
- To take responsibility for goods from point of loading to point of delivery.
- To collect and deliver the camp’s linen
- To assist with the general duties of the camp in the absence of the driving duties
- To conduct daily inspections of the vehicle according to a prescribed inspection sheet and report of defaults or accidents.
- To complete monthly vehicle log sheet.

- Grade 12
- Code 10 (C) Driver’s license with a valid Professional Driving Permit (PDP)
- Minimum 3 years driving experience.
