Responsibilities
- Provide advisory services on disciplinary and grievances investigations and hearings based on applicable policies, standard operating procedures, best practices and applicable legislation.
- Attend, represent and successfully defend SANParks’ cases at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA)
- Research case law and or outcomes of previous internal cases and advise both line management and employees.
- Provide training on policies and standard operating procedures.

- To track and co-ordinate the details of grievances, disciplinary hearings and CCMA cases so that they are conducted and concluded within the stipulated timeframe.
- Assess risks associated with grievances and disciplinary actions and propose remedial action to General Manager: Labour Relations
- Monitor line management and employees’ adherence to collective agreements.
- Monitor and accurately administer trade union membership in accordance with organisational rights agreements.
- Ensure documentation and storage of all information.
- Maintain clear communication and update clients on a continuous basis.
- Maintaining detailed records, filling records in a manual system, completing routine administration, keeping an appropriate diary
- General office administration and procedures such as typing of reports, taking minutes at meetings, registering and distributing mail, faxing, drafting responses to correspondences and copying documents.

Responsibilities
- Act as the authority of excellence for the implementation of all hospitality standards and policies within hospitality.
- Analyse all relevant new and existing policies, business processes, operating procedures and work rules for impact and effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement to ensure that SANParks’ risk exposure is minimised.
- Develop necessary strategies, frameworks, policies, and procedures that will oversee all hospitality standards processes with SANParks.

Responsibilities
- Design, lead, and facilitate the implementation of the Enterprise and Supplier Development programme in SANParks.

Responsibilities
- Oversee, design, lead, and coordinate the implementation of the Enterprise and Supplier Development and Biodiversity Economy programmes in the Regions.
- Facilitate and establish meaningful stakeholder engagement processes with biodiversity economy stakeholders and other enterprises and institutions in the Regions;
- Undertake demand and supplier analysis in relation to opportunities for SMEs identified inside and outside the National Parks;
- Create awareness about economic opportunities for SMEs in the regions;

CAMP DRIVER
