Description:
The Organisation requires the services of an Employee Wellness Coordinator in Human Capital Management division. 
This position will be based at Groenkloof National Park, Pretoria. 
 
Requirements:
  • Have a Degree in Behavioural Sciences (Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, OR any allied health-related field.
  • Should be registered with a relevant professional body.
  • Should have 3-5 year experience.
  • Have an insight in EAP Policy and Strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and implement annual wellness programme initiatives.
  • Track and keep a record of all employees wellness programmes initiatives and cases.
  • Be in the link between internal and external stakeholders, and assisting in monitoring the implementation of agreements with service providers.
  • Attend to employee wellness queries, refer and follow up.
  • Manage your own time effectively.
  • Responsible for all administrative functions for the employees' wellness section (invoices, agreements, signatures, minutes, report, travel arrangement).
  • Record keeping and tracking of incapacity related cases from Old Mutual (Pension) status report.
  • Track and monitor sick leave incidents (proactively flag 2 weeks successive absence for support).
  • Coordinate and consolidate detailed reports for review by senior manager-employee wellness (inclusive of Parks, KNP and service provider report) as per agreed template and dates.
  • Keep and update the wellness champion register regularly.
  • Assist with the implementation and evaluation of the employee wellness service level agreement (SLA)
  • Contribute to employee wellness articles/information for SANParks internal magazines.
  • Assist in the dissemination of information regarding employee health and wellness services.
  • Contribute to the human capital management induction programme.
  • Support employee wellness champions in the coordination of employee W events.
 
Salary: R 266 252 - R 350 569
