What will you be doing?
The role is responsible for customer service activities in their assigned geographical area and reports to the Customer Services Manager.
This role calls for the effective, efficient and accurate receipt and transcription of telephonic and other orders from Medical Market Customers.
 
What will you need to be successful?
  • Handle customer queries expeditiously and maintain the necessary records of normal and special trading deals, Tenders, as well as document control.
  • Ensure all customer account and trading details are accurately recorded and maintained, as well as the essential links in this connection with Central Credit Control.
  • Responsible for regular courtesy and follow-up customer contact calls to maintain service and information relationships.
  • Responsible for telephonic and emailed orders from designated customers, ensuring that all customer details, order content and pricing are correct before capturing, releasing and filing.
  • Processes official orders, and orders brought in by Sales Representatives.
  • Advising customers of any incorrect prices noted on official orders and clears up uncertainties and incorrect information on official orders. 
  • Processes Quotations, Escalations and SPAs, ensuring that deadlines are timeously met.
 
Successful candidates would need the following:

What will you be doing?
This role reports into the Warehouse Supervisor and is responsible for all functions related to inventory within their Operational Service Center. It involves ensuring that inter-depot stock transfers, Consignment Replenishments, Direct Sales, Capital Sales , Export Sales , Direct Replenishment report, Miscellaneous Sales and Loaner Replenishments is processed on time.
 
What will you need to be successful?
  • Timeous and accurate capture of all inter-depot stock transfers.
  • Manage In-transit locations pertaining to their Operational Service Centre.
  • File all delivery notes / picklists / courier waybills and PODs.
  • Liaise with National Distribution Centre for stock requirements as well other Operational Service Centers as and when required.
  • Run the back-order report and makes sure that back orders are supplied    timeously.
  • Analyse depot Stock Transfer requirements before releasing pick lists and consults with their Operations Manager if there are any queries.
  • Analyse cycle count discrepancies and refers to the Operations Manager when adjustments are required.
  • Participate in all stock takes.
  • Ensure that Tray Inspections are done when required.
  • Quality SOP ISO 13485-2016 is adhered to.
  • Comply with Local and International regulations of Smith and Nephew.

Key Performance areas:
  • Manage all customer emails and telephone calls within the required response times.
  • Process all customer orders within 24 hours to meet customer’s SLA and expectations.
