MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To proactively manage and provide facilities administration services which includes security services, assets, insurance, transportation services, building maintenance and stock controlling services within Seda
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Develop and manage the implementation of facility management policies, processes and systems
❖ Manage the provision of in-house events, boardroom bookings, refreshment facilities including reception services at National Office
❖ Manage the provisioning of transport services, printing, copying, binding including insurance of company assets at National Office
❖ Manage occupational safety and security at National Office
❖ Manage National Office building maintenance, occupational safety and security including lease agreements
❖ Manage Business Unit resources (people, assets and finance)
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) plus BTech (NQF Level 7) or Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7) in Facilities Management/ Facilities Engineering/ Property Management/ Project Management/ Construction Management/Public Administration
❖ Honours (NQF Level 8) and/or Post Graduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) in Facilities Management/ Facilities Engineering/ Property Management/Project Management/ Construction Management/ Public Administration as added advantage
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 6 – 8 years hands-on experience in management of Facilities or property environment, coupled with good knowledge of facilities management principles and systems knowledge of stock control, asset control and insurance experience.

DIVISION: Enterprise Development Division
LOCATION: Eastern Cape – Amathole Branch (East London)
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide business development services primarily to micro and small enterprises
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Provide relevant business advisory services and information to micro and small enterprises
Conduct Business Diagnostics using relevant tools
Facilitate and manage the implementation of interventions and business growth strategies
Monitor and evaluate the improvement of client business Position
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Matric (NQF level 4) plus Diploma or Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Business Management/Commerce/Engineering/ Project Management.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
3 – 4 years’ relevant work experience, where at least 2 years’ experience as a business consultant/manager/business owner
Able to demonstrate:
Good understanding and knowledge of the small enterprise development sector
