MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide business development services primarily to micro and small enterprises
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Provide relevant business advisory services and information to micro and small enterprises
❖ Conduct Business Diagnostics using relevant tools
❖ Facilitate and manage the implementation of interventions and business growth strategies
❖ Monitor and evaluate the improvement of client business position
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) qualification in Business Management/Commerce/Engineering/ Project Management
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 3 – 5 years’ relevant work experience, where at least 2 years’ experience as a business consultant/manager/business owner
Able to demonstrate:
❖ Good understanding and knowledge of the small enterprise development sector

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To coordinate the administrative activities at Branch level in consultation with the provincial office in terms of financial function as well as management of information and reporting systems.

Coordinate the financial administration activities at Branch Level.
Provide data capturing services at Branch level.
Coordinate the asset management activities at Branch level.
Provide administrative support at Branch level.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To coordinate and monitor the implementation of Seda Supply Development Programmes and ensure participation of all stakeholders involved in the value chain.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Coordinate the implementation of Supply Development Programme Delivery Management work plan,
❖ Monitor performance against targets for the impact of the Supply Development Programme by province, sector, and Small Enterprises segment.
❖ Implement and maintain stakeholder partnership agreements at an operational level for the development, implementation, and delivery of the Supply Development Programme.
❖ Compile implementation reports related to operational and financial requirements
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Management / Economics / Programme Management
❖ Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Business Management / Economics / B.Comm / Programme Management.
INHERENT JOB REQUIREMENT
❖ A valid South African driver’s license
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 4 - 6 year’s work practical experience in Programme/Project/Operations Management
Able to demonstrate:
❖ Business analysis and/or project management experience
❖ Experience in the management of implementing export development interventions.
❖ Prior experience in implementing interventions to all levels of stakeholders across geographical locations is an advantage.
❖ Knowledge and experience in facilitating Enterprise Development in the private/public sector and/or internationally.
❖ Knowledge of legislation needs that impact on the SMME sector.
