LOCATION: Durban Branch
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide business advice, training and information on Seda products and services and make referrals to relevant stakeholders
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Coordinate branch events and activities and provide support for Provincial Events
❖ Disseminate information to internal and external branch stakeholders and make relevant referrals
❖ Conduct assessments and implement interventions
❖ Coordinate and facilitate of training and information sessions
❖ Maintain and update database records and marketing material
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4 )plus 1 year Business Management/Marketing business related Diploma/Certificate
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ Not Applicable – Work experience exposure programme

LOCATION: North West – Provincial Office (Rustenburg)
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To facilitate and coordinate training and development interventions aimed at targeted internal and external clients.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Facilitate and coordinate training interventions on targeted internal and external clients.
❖ Facilitate and implement targeted technical training programs for internal and external clients.
❖ Coordinate procurement process and sourcing of service providers.
❖ Monitoring and evaluation of District training events.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and National Diploma (NFQ Level 6) in Human Resources Development/ Education/Commerce
❖ Accredited Skills Development Facilitator will be an added advantage
❖ Accredited Assessor certification will be an added advantage

❖ 4-6 year’s work experience in training environment

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To manage the Seda Branch operations to ensure effective and efficient delivery of services to small enterprises and co-operatives in line with Seda strategy and policies
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Manage Branch Operations
❖ Manage Branch Infrastructure
❖ Manage Stakeholder Relations within the Branch
❖ Manage Human Resources within the Branch
❖ Manage Financial and Risk within the Branch
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and Bachelor’s Degree or BTech (NQF Level 7) in Economics/Business Administration/Project Management/Operations Management/Engineering
❖ Honours Degree or Postgraduate Diploma (NQF Level 8) will be an added advantage
INHERENT JOB REQUIREMENT
❖ A valid South African driver’s licence
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 6-8 year’s working experience of which 3 – 5 years must have been in a management/business advisory position
