MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide business development services primarily to micro and small enterprises
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Provide relevant business advisory services and information to micro and small enterprises
❖ Conduct Business Diagnostics using relevant tools
❖ Facilitate and manage the implementation of interventions and business growth strategies
❖ Monitor and evaluate the improvement of client business position
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF level 4) plus Diploma or Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Business Management/Commerce/Engineering/ Project Management
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 3 – 4 years’ relevant work experience, where at least 2 years’ experience as a business consultant/manager/business owner
Able to demonstrate:
❖ Good understanding and knowledge of the small enterprise development sector

To ensure effective and efficient tender administration function within Seda.

Implement SCM strategy and activity plan.
Manage the Bidding process and ensure compliance to SCM Policy.
Facilitate and manage the tender contracting activities.
Risk Management.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Matric and National Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management/Procurement/Logistics/Business Admin/Public Administration.
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
4 - 6 year’s work experience in Supply Chain Management environment of which at least 3 years working experience in Tender Administration.
Able to demonstrate:
Comprehensive knowledge of public sector SCM legislative environment.
Comprehensive knowledge of SCM policy and procedures, PFMA, PPPFA, National Treasury Regulations and BBBEE amended Codes of Good Practice and all other applicable legislations.
