MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide an administrative support and co-ordination function in the implementation of training and development interventions
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Coordinate the delivery of training and development interventions
❖ Procure goods and services for training events and travelling
❖ Monitor training events
❖ Render training administration
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and Diploma (NQF Level 5/12 months certificate) in Training and Development
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 3 - 4 year’s work experience in Training and Development environment
Able to demonstrate:
❖ Knowledge and understanding of small enterprise development sector
❖ Experience in administrative service in the implementation of all training and development interventions
❖ Be able to co-ordinate more than one project at the same time
❖ Planning and organising all training and development events
❖ Knowledge of Procurement Policies and Procedures in the public sector
