MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To ensure the accreditation of Seda Practitioners and External Stakeholders with relevant accreditation bodies as well as certification on Seda endorsed tools
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Facilitate certification of Seda Practitioners and External Stakeholders on the use Seda endorsed tools
❖ Facilitate the accreditation of Learners with relevant accreditation bodies
❖ Provide training and capacity building support to the Unit
❖ Provide technical support on utilisation of Seda endorsed tools
❖ Monitor and report on the certification and accreditation process/procedures
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) Business Management/Human Resources Development
❖ Bachelor’s degree (NQF Level 7) in Business Management/Human Resources Development as added advantage
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 4 – 6 work experience in Small Enterprise Development sector as a practitioner
Able to demonstrate:
❖ Relevant experience in the Small Enterprise development sector/field
❖ Stakeholder and Client relationship management experience
❖ Knowledge in the implementation of accreditation policy, processes and procedures
❖ Training background will be an added advantage
❖ Experience in the utilisation of business assessment tools/methodology
❖ Experience in utilization of Seda endorsed tools will be an added advantage
❖ Advanced Computer competency
❖ Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 6-8 years hands-on experience within Human Resources of which at least 3 years should be in Employee Wellness function covering EAP, OHS compliance and individual trauma counselling.

❖ People management experience
