LOCATION: Kwazulu Natal: Ugu Branch
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To coordinate the administrative activities at Branch level in consultation with the provincial office in terms of financial function as well as management of information and reporting systems.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Coordinate the financial administration activities at Branch Level.
Provide data capturing services at Branch level.
Coordinate the asset management activities at Branch level.
Provide administrative support at Branch level.
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Office Administration
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
2-3 years’ experience in a similar environment
Able to demonstrate:
Prior experience of information management system
Comprehensive knowledge of administrative duties and responsibilities

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To implement Seda fraud management framework and processes as well as conduct and report on corporate fraud-related audits/investigations within Seda.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Drive and facilitate fraud risk assessments across the organization by assisting management in identifying, assessing, managing and prioritizing fraud risks in their operational areas.
❖ Investigate and compile comprehensive forensic investigation reports for various stakeholders.
❖ Conduct awareness on compliance and fraud management within the organisation.
❖ Maintain Register of reported fraud incidents/allegations (Case Management System).
❖ Support disciplinary, criminal and civil proceedings.
REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION AND TRAINING
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) plus a National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Auditing/Risk Management/Commerce /Forensic Investigations.
❖ Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in Auditing/Risk Management/ Commerce/Forensic Investigations as an added advantage.
❖ CFE certificate will be an added advantage
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
❖ A total of 4 – 6 years of work-related experience in Investigations/ Risk Management/Auditing with at least three(3) years of experience in Corporate Investigations.
Able to demonstrate:
❖ Understanding and application of elements of crimes such as fraud, corruption, theft and computer crimes to investigations.
❖ Sound experience in conducting interviews, compile statements, collect, document and analyse relevant evidence.
❖ Ability to testify and present evidence in a court or at a disciplinary hearing.
