CREDITORS CONTROLLER
DURATION: Twelve (12) Months Contract
REPORTING TO: Senior Accountant
JOB GRADE: B4

DIVISION: Office of the Chief Financial Officer
LOCATION: National Office
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To accurately capture supplier invoices and process payments including Capital Expenditure in line with financial management policies and procedures other related legislation.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Process creditors payments including capital expenditure
❖ Process debtor invoices
❖ Perform reconciliations and follow up on long outstanding invoices
❖ Ensure suppliers are paid within 30 days as per the Treasury Regulations
❖ Process relevant financial journals
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and a Certificate (NQF Level 5) in Accounting/ Finance
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 2 – 3 year’s work experience in a financial accounting environment administering electronic payments
❖ Knowledge of GRAP, PFMA, Treasury Regulations and related legislation
❖ Sound knowledge of creditors procedures and accounting systems

DIVISION: Enterprise Development Division
LOCATION: Northern Cape – ZF Mgcawu (Upington)
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To provide business development services primarily to micro and small enterprises
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Provide relevant business advisory services and information to micro and small enterprises
❖ Conduct Business Diagnostics using relevant tools
❖ Facilitate and manage the implementation of interventions and business growth strategies
❖ Monitor and evaluate the improvement of client business position
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF level 4) plus Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Management/Commerce/Engineering/ Project Management
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 3 – 5 years’ relevant work experience, where at least 2 years’ experience as a business consultant/manager/business owner
Able to demonstrate:
❖ Good understanding and knowledge of the small enterprise development sector
