MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To deliver and facilitate training and capacity building interventions on Seda endorsed tools to Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
 Conduct and facilitate capacity building of Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders on Seda endorsed tools
 Conduct and facilitate technical training on Seda endorsed tools to the Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders
 Monitor and evaluate of implemented training interventions
 Provide management training and capacity building reports
 Certify Seda Practitioners and external stakeholders on tools competency 
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
 Matric (NQF Level 4) and National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in Business Management/Human Resources Development
 Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7) in Business Management/Human Resources Development as added advantage

REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
 4 – 6 year’s work experience in Small Enterprise Development sector as a practitioner
Able to demonstrate:
 Experience in the Small Enterprise development sector
 Experience in the utilisation of business assessment tools/methodology
 Experience in utilization of Seda endorsed tools will be an added advantage
 Advanced Computer competency
 Understanding of Standard Operating Procedures
