MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To formulate and implement operations and procedures as well as coordinate inter-divisional activities to ensure effective and efficient operations within the Office of the Executive Manager

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
❖ Oversee the consolidation, analysis and submission of the Division’s annual work plan and ensure alignment with Seda annual performance plan and guidelines
❖ Manage the Division’s annual Budget submission, review process and report on Divisional financial performance
❖ Oversee the consolidation, analysis and submission of performance and management reports
❖ Monitor and evaluate financial and operational performance against set targets
❖ Manage Manco/EXCO/Board Committees/Seda Board submissions
❖ Manage the operations and resources within the Office of the Executive Manager 
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
❖ Matric (NQF Level 4) and a B Tech (NQF Level 7) or Bachelor Degree (NQF Level 7) in Business Management/Public Management/Operations Management
❖ Honours Degree (NQF Level 8) or postgraduate Diploma (NQF 8) in Business Management/Public Management/Operations Management will be an added advantage.
 
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
❖ 6 - 8 years’ experience in an Operational Management environment of which 3 years should have been at supervisory/specialist level
Able to demonstrate:
❖ Knowledge and skills to implement business improvement/support strategies throughout a national network
❖ Operational experience at private/public sector
❖ Experience in Project Management
❖ Financial and quality management experience
❖ Knowledge of basic accounting procedures and PFMA
