MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To manage the development and implementation of a coherent marketing plan that is aligned to the overall Integrated Corporate Communications and Marketing(ICCM) strategy

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
 Manage the development/review of the marketing (advertising, brand, events management, sponsorships and promotional material) plans in line with the ICCM strategy and workplan
 Manage the initiation and implementation of marketing initiatives to position the Seda brand
 Establish and maintain marketing partnerships to market and position the Seda brand
 Monitor and assess the impact of marketing/PR initiatives
 Financial management
 People management 
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
 Matric (NQF Level 4) plus BTech (NQF Level 7) / Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7)in Marketing/Brand Management/Advertising
 Honours (NQF Level 8) and/or post graduate diploma (NQF Level 7) as added advantage
 
 
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
 6 - 8 year’s work experience in a Marketing environment of which at least 2 years supervisory experience
Able to demonstrate:
 Knowledge of communication, marketing and media relations principles and systems
 Knowledge of PPPF and PFMA legislation
 Knowledge of brand management and advertising
 Knowledge of digital marketing
