MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB
To manage the development and implementation of a coherent marketing plan that is aligned to the overall Integrated Corporate Communications and Marketing(ICCM) strategy
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Manage the development/review of the marketing (advertising, brand, events management, sponsorships and promotional material) plans in line with the ICCM strategy and workplan
Manage the initiation and implementation of marketing initiatives to position the Seda brand
Establish and maintain marketing partnerships to market and position the Seda brand
Monitor and assess the impact of marketing/PR initiatives
Financial management
People management
REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION
Matric (NQF Level 4) plus BTech (NQF Level 7) / Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7)in Marketing/Brand Management/Advertising
Honours (NQF Level 8) and/or post graduate diploma (NQF Level 7) as added advantage

REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE
6 - 8 year’s work experience in a Marketing environment of which at least 2 years supervisory experience
Able to demonstrate:
Knowledge of communication, marketing and media relations principles and systems
Knowledge of PPPF and PFMA legislation
Knowledge of brand management and advertising
Knowledge of digital marketing
