ADMINISTRATOR (SL5) X 1 (36 MONTHS CONTRACT)

Centre of Specialization
Salary range: R216 417.00 – R254 928.00
Main Purpose of The Job / Duties:
Funding SETA liaison, facilitation of stipend payment ,apprentice registration and monitoring (SETA,QCTO,NAMB and College MIS) ,administer Serial number and Certificate applications, record keeping, host employer communications, office administration and any other duties given by the supervisor
Requirements:
- Diploma in Management assistant/ Diploma in Public Management
- 1 – 2 years relevant experience
- Computer Literacy (MS Office Packages and Microsoft Teams).
Competencies: Communication (Written and Verbal), organisational and time management skills, negotiating and listening Skills, presentation, professionalism skills and have good telephone personality

WIL ADMINISTRATOR (SL5) X 1 (12 MONTHS CONTRACT)

Salary range: R216 417.00 – R254 928.00
Main Purpose of The Job / Duties:
Able to do recruitments, inductions, work readiness, monitoring and reporting back to the SETAs, foster relationship with stakeholders, prospect for new companies, manage and maintain graduates, stakeholder database, track and trace graduates, monitor students on site, organise stakeholders’ engagement sessions. The Administrator will assist the Placement Officer to manage and administer all SETA projects and other SSS related activities
Requirements:
- National Diploma in Management assistant/ Public Management
- 2 years in managing internships(SETA) projects
- 2 years administration experience and computer literacy
- Competencies: strong administration and project management, negotiation skills, innovative thinking, problem solving skills, ability to perform accurately under pressure, sound interpersonal relation skills, pleasant telephone personality, good planning and organisational skills, integrity and willingness to work with honesty and have appropriate verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret directives. Able to achieve targets, knowledge of student’s management system will be added advantage. Knowledge in the TVET College sector and secretarial skills. A valid driver’s license will be an added advantage.
