- Attending to recruitment processes when requested to assist.
- Assisting with collating quarterly reviews and compiling spread sheet.
- Going through return to work forms and identify trends for correction with employee concerned via their manager
- Adhoc tasks such as photocopying, spread sheets etc.
- Updating and maintaining the filing systems on a daily basis, archiving files as appropriate, e.g. disciplinary/grievance records and training records
- Coordinating training to ensure growth and development of employees;
- Booking employees for their approved external training and liaising with service providers;
- Administer and support disciplinary matters
- Receiving complaints and liaise with relevant stakeholders;
- Attending CCMA cases with management representative;
- Taking minutes during the meetings e.g. EE committee meeting;
- Creating purchase requisitions for the trainings;
- Capturing of the Workplace Skills Plan;

Purpose of the Internship: The Organization is committed to youth skills development by providing graduates who have completed relevant National Diploma/B Degree with an opportunity to gain work experience. Applications are invited for an internship from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 23. The internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months. The interns will be located at the Medical Management Department in Johannesburg.
Work based exposure may include the following:
- Conduct medical assessment and compile injury assessment reports
- Escalation of complex cases for multi-disciplinary review and adjudication
- Maintain the documentation and regular updating of the exception handling process
- Conduct assessments and bill reviews on submitted claims, focusing on the appropriate level of care, the length of stay, and quality of care
- Deal with/and respond to correspondence
- Report on emerging risks
- Provide ad hoc reports on process improvement initiatives
- Receiving complaints and liaise with relevant stakeholders
- Follow up and feedback to all stakeholders to keep them updated on status of a query
- Respond to queries within the predefined turnaround times
Qualifications and Experience
- Certified Grade 12/ NQF 4 level certificate
- Certified copy of National Diploma/ B Degree/ Advanced Diploma in Health Science or Medical related qualification
- Certified copy of your ID

Applications are invited for an internship from unemployed graduates between the age of 18 and 23. The internship program will run for a period of eighteen (18) months. The interns will be located at the State Attorney Office in Kimberley.
Work based exposure may include the following:
- Interns will be given practical workplace structured training and on the job training and development, this will be combined with the theoretical training already acquired
- Administration work
- Drafting of correspondence, pleadings, affidavits, notices, applications
- Practical Application of court rules in practice
- Observation of, and assistance given to, State Attorneys when appearing in Court
- Support State Attorney in litigation and dispute resolution
- Filing notices
- Service of documents and Notices to Plaintiff Attorneys
- Judgement monitoring and case outcomes reporting
- Attendance of and upskilling with continuous learning professional development programs (i.e. LEAD and Lexis Nexis)
- Filing Bills of Costs upon receipt
- Provide support to oppose Taxations
- Preparations for appearance and appear before the Taxing Master
- Filing of outcomes and uploading on LMS
- Uploading to, and maintenance of, Case lines profiles (region specific to Pretoria and Johannesburg)
