The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote safe use of our roads
 
The Organization requires the services of a qualified individual for the following position; the position will be based in Durban Regional Office. The successful incumbent will be required to travel between Durban, Cape Town & East London Offices.

Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Senior Manager Employee Relations, the successful incumbent will be accountable to advice, guide and support line managers and employees with all matters relating to Employee Relations and represent the RAF at the CCMA.

  • Enforcing compliance with Labour Legislation.

  • Manage workplace discipline and grievance processes.
  • Provide reports on Employee Relations Information.
  • Perform general office administration.
 
Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma @ NQF 7 in Humanities, preferably in Human Resources and/ or Industrial Relations and/ or Law related qualification.
  • Relevant 5 – 7 year' experience in employee relations, specifically working with organized labour and CCMA of which 2 years must have been on a supervisory level/ area of expertise.

Remuneration 
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R668 907.00 per annum, negotiable.
