Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Manager: Remuneration & Reward, The Senior Practitioner: Remuneration and Reward is responsible for the provision of a specialist consultancy and advisory service in the field of Remuneration and Rewards to the business.
Key Performance Areas
- Implement the RAF Remuneration and Reward Policy, Strategy and Processes.
- Conduct Salary Surveys and Benchmarking.
- Provide expert assistance with all Remuneration processes.
- Develop and provide Training and Information Sessions
- Compile reports and compile salary analysis
- Manage Staff Recognition System and Process
- Provide inputs in the reviewing and development of Remuneration Policies and SOPs
- Administrative Functions
Qualifications and Experience
- NQF 7 (Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma) related qualification in Human Resource Management.
- Active Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) Certification is Essential
- Professional Designation from SARA – Reward Analyst
- Relevant 5-7 years' experience in Remuneration and Reward of which 2 years must have been on supervisory level or area of expertise.

Remuneration
Total cost to company of the minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R668 907.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience
