Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Manager: Systems Training, the successful incumbent will be accountable to supervise and facilitate training on all system based computer training.

- Manage training requirements for all departments.

- Assessments and moderation of all internal programmes.
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma @ NQF Level 7 in Education, Training and Development or Human Resource Development related qualification to discipline.
- Relevant 5 – 7 years' training experience of which 2 years must have been on supervisory level or area of expertise.
- Experience in a third party claims environment will be an added advantage.
- Experience in learning and development space will be an added advantage.

Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R668 907.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
