The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote safe use of our roads

Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Manager: Compliance, the successful incumbent will be responsible for monitoring compliance with all applicable and relevant legislation, rules, codes and procedures.
 
Key Performance Areas
  • Identify applicable regulatory requirements for the Organisation.
  • Handle compliance related matters within the organisation.
  • Monitor and report on non-compliance.
  • Conduct Compliance reviews/ Monitoring.
  • Develop Compliance framework.
  • Ensure RAF compliance with all applicable legislation and codes.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree @ NQF Level 7 in Law.
  • Qualification in Legal Compliance Management is a requirement.
  • Code 08 driver's License.
  • Relevant 5 – 7 years' experience in Legal Compliance environment of which 2 years must have been on a supervisory level/ area of expertise.

Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R668 907.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.  

NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
