ROAD ACCIDENT FUND (RAF)
 
The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote the safe use of our roads.

Purpose of the Job: The Senior Officer Quality Assurance and Complaints is responsible to oversee and supervise the team of the Quality and Assurance Officers and Assistants within the Quality Assurance Unit while forging good working relationships with the clients and other stakeholders.

Qualification & Experience
  • NQF 7 (Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma) in in law/Finance/Communications related qualification to discipline.
  • Qualification in Risk, Compliance, Project Management, IT, Forensic Auditing will be an added advantage.
  • Relevant 4 years' experience in Quality Assurance/Internal Audit/Claims/Risk, of which one (1) year must have been on a supervisory level.

Remuneration
A total cost to company of minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R502 953.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
