The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote safe use of our roads
The Organisation requires the services and skills of a qualified individual in its Head Office on a Three (3) Year Fixed Term Contract for the following position:-

Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the successful incumbent will be accountable to provide central oversight monitoring, coordination of panel management and stakeholder engagement for all of RAF's panels.
Key Performance Areas
- Oversee compliance and adherence to the various service level agreements.
- Provide direction in the analysis of trends and reports.
- Provide oversight responsibility in the development and implementation of panel management plans.
- Develop strategic plans, processes and SOP's in all areas of panel and SLA management.
- Direct and maintain stakeholder relations and facilitate ongoing engagements with them to keep updated.
- Provide leadership and guidance in the facilitation and coordination of ongoing interactions with relevant stakeholders.
- Human resources management.
Qualifications and Experience
- Post graduate Diploma/ Honours Degree/ Professional Qualification Degree @ NQF Level 8 in Business Administration, Project Management, Stakeholder Management related qualification to discipline.
- 8 -10 years' experience in a service delivery and compliance environment of which 3 years must have been on a Management.

Conditions
This is a three (3) year employment contract.
Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R1 160 042.00 per annum, negotiable.
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no additional contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
