SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER: DOCUMENT SERVICES T.A.S.K GRADE

Main purpose of the role: To supervise operations in the Mailroom, ensuring and maintaining an infrastructure for Document services (Mail, Copying, Faxing Messengers etc.) which operates in accordance with RAF strategies.
 
Key Performance Areas                                              
  • Ensuring appropriate handling and provide oversite of incoming/outgoing mail and mail batching.
  • Provide overall supervision of Correspondence Management activities; i.e. Copying, Binding, scanning, indexing and laminating.
  • Oversee the processing of Banking Indemnity Forms.
  • Ensure regular maintenance and usage of Infrastructure/equipment's and Materials.
  • Provide Correspondence contracts management.
  • Provide human resource supervision and management.
  • Provide inputs in the development of Correspondence Management Policies and Procedures.
  • Consolidate and submit monthly records management reports/ statistics.
 
 
Qualifications & Experience
  • NQF 7 (Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma) related qualification in Administrative/ Records Management.
  • Relevant 4 years' experience in records management/ admin environment of which at least 1 year was at Supervisory level.

Remuneration
The total cost to company minimum package applicable to this position is R502 953.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
