Purpose of the Job: The Regional Accountant is  responsible to effectively and efficiently manage the finance function within the Regional Office through the promotion of compliance, implementation of financial principles, and continuous enhancement of internal controls in support of financial management policies of the RAF, PFMA , TR's and other related laws and regulations.

Qualifications & Experience
  • NQF 7 (Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma) related qualification in Finance/Commerce/Accounting
  • Articles served at an approved audit firm will be an advantage
  • Relevant 5 – 7 years' experience in a financial environment of which 2 years must have been on supervisory level or level or expertise.
  • SAP experience will be advantageous

Remuneration
At the cost to company of minimum package applicable to this position is R668 907.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
 
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no additional contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
