Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Senior Manager: Compliance, the successful incumbent's responsibility will be to provide an effective, efficient and responsive administrative and logistical service to the Senior Manager.
Key Performance Areas
- Provide effective and efficient office management and administrative functions.
- Manage the office of the Senior Manager.
- Act as liaison between the Office of the Senior Manager, clients, internal and external stakeholders and staff.
- Assist the Senior Manager in the management of the office budget.
- Develop and maintain document management systems (Electronic and manual).
- Taking dictation and minutes and typing minutes, letters and memos.
- Produce documents, briefing papers, reports, charts and presentations.
- Prepare travel arrangements for the Senior Manager.
- Organise and manage events, workshops, meetings.
- Assist in coordinating departmental/ divisional projects.
- Ordering stationery and office equipment.
- Create and manage purchase requisitions and ensure timeous payment of purchase orders.
- Organise and maintain diary and make appointments.
Qualifications and Experience
- A secretarial Diploma or Diploma in Office Administration at NQF Level 5.
- A certificate in relation to the functional discipline will be an added advantage.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office.
- Computer Literate.
- SAP experience will be an added advantage.
- At least 2 years working experience as a PA/ Secretary or similar environment, of which 6 months should have been rendered for Management, is a prerequisite.

Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R302 772.00 per annum, negotiable.
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
