Purpose of the Job: The Personal Assistant to General is responsible to provide effective, efficient and responsive administrative and logistical service to the General Manager.
 
 
Key Performance Areas
  • Provide effective and efficient office management and administrative functions.
  • Attend meetings and ensure General Manager is well prepared for meetings.
  • Assist General Manger in the management of the office budget.
  • Provide reports as and when required.
 
Qualifications and Experience
  • A National Diploma in Office Administration/Management at NQF Level 6.  
  • A certificate in relation to the functional discipline will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Package.
  • Above average Computer Literacy.
  • SAP experience will be an added advantage.
  • At least 3 years working experience as a PA/Secretary or similar environment, of which 1 year should been rendered for Senior Management, is a prerequisite.

Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R349.998 .00 per annum, negotiable.
 
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
