The Organisation requires the services of a qualified individual for the following position at its Pretoria Regional Officefor the position of:

OFFICER SUMMONS ADMINISTRATION: T.A.S.K GRADE 10

​Purpose of the Job: 
Instruct Panel Attorneys to enter appearance to defend within the prescribed time limits.
 
 
Key Performance Areas
  • Receive summonses.
  • Conduct duplicate search for duplicate summonses already issued.
  • Peruse particulars of claim to determine the reason for the summons.
  • Instruct panel attorney or ILD to enter appearance to defend.
  • Arrange extension of the files on internal summonses for legal costs, prescription, payment of outstanding capital.
  • Update, maintain records and filing system on summons.

    Qualifications and Experience
  • NQF Level 7 (Bachelor's degree or Advanced Diploma) in Law or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in the Claims environment.

Remuneration 
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R349 998.00 per annum, negotiable.

 
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no additional contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
