ROAD ACCIDENT FUND (RAF)
The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote the safe use of our roads.

Purpose of the Job: The Officer Quality Assurance and Complaints is responsible to assess, investigate and resolve complaints within the Complaints Unit.

Qualification & Experience
- NQF 7 (Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma) in law/Finance/Communications/Customer Service qualification.
- Risk, Compliance, Project Management, IT, Forensic Auditing qualification will be added advantage
- Relevant 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance/Internal Audit/Claims/Risk environment

Remuneration
A total cost to company of minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R349 998.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
