The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote safe use of our roads
The Organisation requires the services of qualified individuals at its Pretoria Regional Office for the following position:-

LOCATION: Pretoria

Purpose of the Job: To validate and assess legal cost bills.
Key Performance Areas
- Perform assessment of bills.
- Assessment of Service Provider's Bills and Invoices (Panel Attorneys).
- Attend to Taxation of Bills of Cost.
- Attend Reviews of Bills of Cost.
- Attend to Litigation relating to costs.
- Authorisation of Bills of Cost for payment.
- Play advisory role and function to Claims Departments, Attorneys and Cost Consultants.
- Quality assurance on writs reporting.
- NQF 7 (Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma) in Law or related qualification.
- Admission as an Attorney would be advantageous.
- Relevant 3 years' experience in Claims or Legal Costs environment.

Remuneration
Total cost to company of the minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R349 998.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no additional contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in a manner that will suit their needs"
