The Organisation requires the services of qualified individuals at its Pretoria Regional Office for the following position:

Purpose of the Job: To validate and assess legal cost bills.
Key Performance Areas
· Perform assessment of bills.
· Screening and checking compliance with RAF Act, Rules of Court, SLA and Applicable RAF Tariffs.
· Assessment of Service Provider's Bills and Invoices (Panel Attorneys).
· Attend to Taxation of Bill of Cost.
· Appearance before the taxing Master to argue complex legal principles governing taxations of legal costs.

· Negotiate reasonable settlements of costs.
· Provide advice to Legal Department in respect of Litigation processes received.
Qualifications and Experience
· NQF 7 (Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma) in Law or related qualification.
· Relevant 3 years working experience in Claims or Legal Costs environment.
· Admission as an Attorney would be advantageous.

Remuneration
Total cost to company of the minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R349 998.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
