The Organisation requires the services of qualified individuals at its Pretoria Regional Office for the following position:-

Purpose of the Job: Provide support to the Litigation Manager in the provision and management of the RAF litigated matters in the hands of the panel attorneys and outside 15km radius.
Key Performance Areas
- Conduct preliminary assessment of litigated files.
- Recommend a litigation strategy and actions to bring the matter to finality.
- Monitor litigation plan and strategy.
- Escalate matters with litigious disputes to pleadings processes.
- Provide panel attorney with file contents for trial preparation.
- Report on trial out comes and out of court settlements.
- B Degree in Law at NQF Level 8 or equivalent.
- Admission as an Attorney or Advocate of the High Court.

- Knowledge/skill in court rules and litigation.
- A good understanding of the organisations litigation infrastructure, services provided and customers.
- A good understanding of the organisations business and how panel attorneys effectively contribute or are to contribute to the RAF litigation processes.
- Statistical, numerical and analytical principles and processes.
- Excellent communication skills orally and in writing.
- Awareness of RAF vision and strategic/business objectives.
- Experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
Remuneration
Total cost to company of the minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R349 998.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no additional contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in a manner that will suit their needs"
