Purpose of the Job: To provide claims handling to ensures prompt and fair settlement of claims.
 
 
Key Performance Areas
  • To estimate value of loss in terms of DOA.
  • To liaise with panel of experts for expert advice.
  • To quantify benefits and make appropriate offers.
  • To provide claims assistance during road shows.
 
Required minimum education/training and work experience
  • B. Degree or Advanced Diploma at NQF Level 7 or equivalent
  • Relevant 3 years' experience in claims environment.

  • A good understanding of the organization's business processes
  • Computer Literate.
  • Excellent communication skills orally and in writing.
  • Knowledge of updates of earnings table, pension fund and the impact on loss of support.
  • Knowledge of Claims processes
 
Remuneration
A total cost to company of minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R349 998.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
