The Organisation requires the services of a qualified individual at its Cape Town Regional Office for the position of: OFFICER: DIRECT CLAIMS T.A.S.K GRADE 10

Purpose of the Job: To provide claims handling to ensures prompt and fair settlement of claims.
Key Performance Areas
- To estimate value of loss in terms of DOA.
- To liaise with panel of experts for expert advice.
- To quantify benefits and make appropriate offers.
- To provide claims assistance during road shows.
Required minimum education/training and work experience
- B. Degree or Advanced Diploma at NQF Level 7 or equivalent
- Relevant 3 years' experience in claims environment.

- A good understanding of the organization's business processes
- Computer Literate.
- Excellent communication skills orally and in writing.
- Knowledge of updates of earnings table, pension fund and the impact on loss of support.
- Knowledge of Claims processes
Remuneration
A total cost to company of minimum remuneration package applicable to this position is R349 998.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.
