Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Manager: Complaints, the successful incumbent will be responsible for processing complaints and ensuring that complainants are updated on the status of their complaints, as well as to participate in the development and maintenance of systems for the management of complaints.
 
Key Performance Areas
  • Investigate complaints referred by the Manager.
  • Maintain an organization-wide complaints reporting and tracking systems.
  • Ensure compliance to complaints policies, processes and procedures.
  • Provide advice and support to staff on the handling of complaints.
  • Conduct mediation and resolve complaints and concerns as close to the point of contact as possible.

Qualifications and Experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma @ NQF Level 7 related qualification.
  • Relevant 3 years' experience in a complaints or claims environment.

Remuneration 
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R349 998.00 per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience.  

NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
