ROAD ACCIDENT FUND (RAF)
The Road Accident Fund's mission is to provide appropriate cover to all road users within the borders of South Africa; to rehabilitate and compensate persons injured as a result of motor vehicle accidents in a timely and caring manner; and to actively promote safe use of our roads.
The Organisation requires the services of qualified individuals for the following position, the position will be based in Head Office.

Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Senior Manager: Organisational Development, the successful incumbent will be accountable for managing, designing and maintaining the systems and processes related to organisational design, job analysis, job evaluation, organisational structure designing and organisational development.
Key Performance Areas
- Design and optimise Organisational Design practices and governance.
- Develop and implement Organisational Design and structure processes and systems.
- Manage and conduct work-study analysis interventions to ensure organisational effectiveness.
- Design, develop and implement Organisational structure management in line with the organisational design architecture.
- Facilitate and manage the job evaluation process with relevant stakeholders.
- Oversee Organisational Design database and records.
- Job profile development and management.
- People management and administration.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma @ NQF Level 7 related qualification in HR/ Behavioural Sciences/ Organisational Design/ Development/ Effectiveness/ Industrial Psychology.
- Post Graduate Diploma/ Honours Degree/ Professional Qualification Degree @ NQF Level 8 will be advantageous.
- Relevant 6 – 8 years' experience in Organisational Development of which 2 years must have been on manager/ supervisory level.

Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R911 075.00 per annum, negotiable.
NB: "RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no additional contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in manner that will suit their needs".
