The Organization requires the services of qualified individuals within its Head Office on a One (1) Year Fixed Term Contract of Employment for the following position:-

Purpose of the Job: Reporting to the Senior Manager: Employee Relations, the successful incumbent is accountable to manage the work-flow in terms of quality control process, query resolution and resolve escalated queries from employees and managers. To escalate high-level complaints and to refer queries outside of mandate. To monitor and manage complaints/ concerns levels and provide feedback to Senior Manager.
Key Performance Areas:
Provide Customer Across the Organization
· Resolve queries and complaints within agreed turnaround time telephonically/ written.
· Follow up and feedback to all employees, branches and third parties to keep them updated on a status of the query.
Provide Recommendation to Streamline Operational Processes and Efficiencies
· Identify weaknesses or bottlenecks in the processes.
· Analyse and make recommendations to improve efficiencies.
· Implement internal processes and procedures that have been approved by HR department management team.
· Handle escalated queries and ensure quick turnaround times.
· Analyse and compile reports and statistics.
Effective Administration and Quality Services
· Ensure that administration is kept up to date at all times.
· Maintain records of daily activities.

Human Resource Management
· Determine the applicable deliverables and targets.
· Determine the human resource requirements, permanent and contractors, in accordance with expected deliverables.
· Conduct the performance planning session.
· Continuously provide feedback and coaching to ensure that the staff member/s performs at optimum productivity level.
Human Resource Business Partner
· Utilise customer value surveys on an on-going basis in order to monitor satisfaction of business partners on service delivery.
· Utilise information generated from the systems to continuously improve current staffing metrics to “best of class” and to feed into performance improvement plans of each department.
· Formulate an effective communication strategy across the organization to inform key stakeholders of change initiatives in respect of customer service.
Management Reporting
· Compile statistical reports indicating progress status to senior and executive management.
· Provide ongoing reporting to the Senior Manager Customer Service and Chief Human Capital Officer.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma @ NQF Level 7 in Human Resources/ Labour Relations related qualification.
· Post graduate Diploma/ Honours Degree/ Professional Qualification Degree @ NQF Level 8 will be advantageous.
· Relevant 6 – 8 years’ experience HR generalist and Employee Relations environment of which 2 years must have been on a supervisory level/ area of expertise.

Remuneration
Total cost to company applicable to this position is minimum R911 075.00 per annum, negotiable.
NB: “RAF offers Total Employment Cost packages with no additional contributions from the Employer, successful candidates are required to structure their packages in a manner that will suit their needs”.
